Shipping
We ship via FedEx, UPS, and/or USPS delivery service. The $1.99 Standard Shipping rate may not include a tracking number with the order(s). All Express Shipping rates include a tracking number with the order(s). All of our shipping methods require a signature upon delivery. Please refer to our checkout for exact prices of the different shipping options available for your order. Some larger and/or heavier items have less shipping options available due to carrier restrictions on the size and weight of packages. All packages are sent with full insurance.
Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, and all other countries outside of the USA do not qualify for $1.99 shipping. These orders will be sent an invoice for the difference in shipping charge. We do ship to APO/FPO addresses, however these items must be shipped via USPS, and some of our larger items are too big to be shipped to an APO/FPO. Please e-mail us to confirm whether we can ship your order to an APO/FPO.
When paying with a credit card, your shipping address must exactly match the billing address of your credit card. If you wish to ship to a different address other than your billing, Google Checkout must be used. If paying with a check or money order, we can ship your order to any address that you would like.
In some cases, orders may be subject to a processing time of 1-3 days for approval before reaching the shipping department. Each order must be credit approved and transmitted to the shipping warehouse before the cutoff time in order to be shipped the same day. Currently, the same-day shipping cutoff is 1:00pm EST.
Returns
All returns must be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) to initiate the return process. No exchanges will be authorized for any packages returned without an RMA number to EverythingInStock.com The customer assumes responsibility for product until receipt at EverythingInStock.com, shipping via an insurable carrier is recommended. Returned merchandise without an RMA number will be refused and any unauthorized shipping charges will be billed to the customer. To obtain an RMA number, contact us via email and mention the order number and reason for your return, we will process your request and supply you with RMA information and a return address. Once issued, the RMA is valid for 10 business days for the item to reach our warehouse.
We will accept returns of any merchandise that is still brand new, has never been installed, and is otherwise un-used and in re-sellable condition. The item must be returned within 14 days. You would be given a refund minus a 15% re-stock fee, minus actual shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges to us. If our $1.99 shipping option was used to ship you the item, we will deduct our actual cost of shipping, which will be more than the $1.99 shipping charge.
Returned software and DVD's must still be factory sealed to be eligible for a refund. Opened software and DVD's that the media is discovered to be defective will be exchanged for the same item only. Opened software and DVD's are not returnable for a refund under any circumstances. The software must be returned within 14 days. You would be given a refund minus a 15% re-stock fee, minus shipping charges, and the customer is responsible for return shipping charges to us. If our $1.99 shipping option was used to ship you the item, we will deduct our actual cost of shipping, which will be more then the $1.99 shipping charge.
We reserve the right to take as long as 21 days after receiving your returned item to process your refund.
Warranty
EverythingInStock.com offers a 30 day warranty on all Electronics sold. All other products have a 90 day warranty with EverythingInStock. If the product fails within the warranty time frame, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion. If the product is not repairable, and a replacement model is no longer available, we reserve the right to replace the product with a similar product of equal or greater value. This 90 day warranty does not cover damage as a result of abuse, mutilation, acts of god, improper installation, water damage, or damage resulting using the product outside of the manufacture's recommended parameters and applications.
For any warranty issue, you are responsible for shipping to us, and we will pay for return shipping back to you. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be informed of within 10 days of the delivery date. Proceeding to use merchandise that was damaged in transit commits you to ownership of the merchandise in the state it was received; voiding warranty.
